چکیده
Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) aims at optimizing the product design based on rules defined thanks to (AM) constraints. To elaborate a functional design, several parameters like part orientation and layer thickness influence results of mechanical strength, roughness, manufacturing time. Surface roughness is an important input Fused Deposition Modeling which impacts functionalities. participate in optimization DfAM development, this research suggests studying models clarify best methodology. This analysis permits propose meta-model that provides better estimation surface FDM products. A new model developed by combination genetic programming symbolic regression due experimental data helps manufacturer predict quality products before fabrication. It enables us estimate all AM fabricated different value possible orientations space regarding building direction.

Three-Dimensional (3D) Printing of Polymer-Metal Hybrid Materials by Fused Deposition Modeling
Fused deposition modeling (FDM) is a three-dimensional (3D) printing technology that is usually performed with polymers that are molten in a printer nozzle and placed line by line on the printing bed or the previous layer, respectively. Nowadays, hybrid materials combining polymers with functional materials are also commercially available. Especially combinations of polymers with metal particle...
متن کاملApplication of Fused Deposition Modeling Technology in 3D Printing Rapid Prototyping Area
Rapid Prototyping (RP) can be defined as a group of techniques used to quickly fabricate a scale model of a part or assembly using three-dimensional computer aided design (CAD) data. What is commonly considered to be the first RP technique, Stereolithography, was developed by 3D Systems of Valencia, USA. The company was founded in 1986, and since then, a number of different RP techniques have b...
